The working team at each location consist of 9 operators: educators, psychologists, and nursing assistants (O.S.S.) who ensure 24-hour coverage in the Residential Facilities and daytime coverage in the Apartment Groups.
Specific therapeutic activities, such as (to name a few) art therapy, music therapy, and dance therapy, are managed and conducted by qualified and experienced external consultants.
Additionally, the contribution of support staff and cooks is essential in maintaining a welcoming and clean environment to make guests at Fermata d'Autobus always feel at home.
